The system uses red LED backlighting combined with green LED reflected illumination to enhance footprint contrast and visibility. Advanced analysis software automatically detects footsteps, analyzes hotspots, measures movement speed, and classifies gait status with high accuracy.
An automatic tracking system with a 120 cm tracking range utilizes a stepper motor to follow the subject’s movement in real time. The system provides comprehensive gait metrics, including braking, swing, stride, touchdown, contact time, step width, frequency, duration, and ratio parameters, making it ideal for neuroscience, pharmacology, and behavioral research applications.
