The Xenomech Analytical Ferrospectrometer A10 is designed to separate and evaluate wear particles and contaminant particles in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, and fuel during operation. It features an oil sample flow rate of 10–30 ml/h, ensuring accurate and consistent detection.
The system uses a pneumatic oil transportation method and an iron spectrum inclination angle ranging from 1° to 5°, enabling precise particle separation and analysis. An infinite optical system allows clear visual inspection of ferrographic samples for detailed evaluation.
The Xenomech Analytical Ferrospectrometer is widely used in railway systems, the steel industry, electric power plants, and naval defense, making it an essential tool for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
